What is TridentList?
TridentList is a mailing list management service provided by Trident Software Pty Ltd. TridentList is a system that allows our clients to create and maintain their own opt-in e-mail mailing lists. We handle all subscribe / remove requests as well as the delivery of client's e-mails to the mailing list subscribers.

How can I unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from any and all TridentList-managed mailing lists to which you are subscribed by following the removal instructions included in every message you receive through the mailing list [if they are missing please Report Abuse] or by visiting www.tridentlist.com/findsub.aspx.

How can I find all my subscriptions?
You can find all TridentList-managed mailing lists to which you are subscribed by visiting www.tridentlist.com/findsub.aspx.

What if I have a question about an e-mail sent through TridentList?
Our client who owns the mailing list through which you have received the message is the party solely responsible for all content sent to the mailing list. Please contact the client who sent the e-mail with any questions about that e-mail. The e-mail in question will most likely include the client's contact information or web site address.

How do I report abuse / SPAM?
If you believe you have received an e-mail through TridentList which violates our Terms of Service, please click here to report the incident.

Do you have a privacy policy?
Yes we do. Please click here to view it.

What if I have question which is not answered here?
Please contact the client who owns the mailing list in question with any queries about the mailing list. Any e-mails sent by the client through TridentList will most likely include the client's contact information or web site address.
